Photograph of paintings and statuary taken at the 1858 Hobart Art Treasures Exhibition

The photo was taken between June 21st and July 31st 1858 by a local artist, possibly Morton Allport,
it is probably one of four photos taken at the exhibition and looks something like this:

Say it like the bird!

Originally intended to be a printed music site, the name was inspired by Delius' 'On hearing the First Cuckoo in Spring'. So I chose a spelling which represented sounds; not the conventional 'cuckoo' spelling. It's also easy to remember.

The site is not monetized. It is information and outreach.
