Page 490: This appears to be another son of John Oldershaw (1655-1726) and Sarah Fowler (????-1723). They married 1682 and their eldest son, John, was born 1683. This son, James was born 1684; he married Sarah (1688-1757) and they had at least one daughter, Sarah (1710-1760). The latter Sarah was 'Oldershaw' at death therefore probably unmarried and without issue.
