Miller concludes his paragraph by referring once again to the Walker commissioned print of Rochester:

This conclusion adds to the concept that the paragraph should be taken holistically as a 'big thought' around the summer 1793 tour to provide drawings for Walker.

With the incidental inclusion of the previous occasion, the first tour, from what we know from Finberg to have been in September 1792 Miller has provided a historical insight into the inception of Turner's oil painting activities which were followed in 1793 by the production of drawings for Walker's plates.
